Notices August 23rd
The 3rd Prayer meeting session is on August 24th. From 7:15 p.m. the Teams link will be open so we can start at 7:30 p.m. Everyone holding an office; local preachers, class leaders, assistant class leaders and stewards are required to attend. Anyone else can also attend the prayer session. Teams link has been circulated.
From the 1st of September we welcome our new Superintendent Minister, Rev’d Dennis Baptiste. Rev’d Baptiste welcome service will be held on the 6th of September at 2:30 p.m. in Amsterdam.
Members are reminded to submit activities planned for the new Connexional year 2026-2027 preferably no later than 31st August.
Discipleship & Bible study- Dutch spoken – meetings. From September 8, 2026, a second group of Bible study online meetings will start. If you are interested or if you have any questions, please contact Bro. Matthijs Duyzer. The flyer has been circulated via the Class (ass.) leaders.
SKIN (Samen Kerk in Amsterdam) organizes a inspiring Youth Sportsday for youth from different Migrant churches. Aim is for youths to meet up, sport together en engaging in conversation about mental health. The Sportsday will take place on Saturday 31st October 2026 from 1:00 p.m. till 4:30 p.m. at ‘Sporthal Gaasperdam’ in Amsterdam Zuidoost.
